Before proceeding, it is important to remember that freelancing refers to working as an independent company rather than working for someone else.          Freelancers are hired by other companies on a part-time or short-term basis but do not receive the same compensation as full-time employees or have the same level of commitment to a particular company. With the rise of the gig-economy, people are talking about freelancing more than ever and that's because there are more freelancers today than ever before in history. A 2019 study by Upwork and the Freelancers Union found that 57 million Americans freelanced in 2019; And according to the same research, 53 percent of 18-22 year olds are freelancers.

      Not everyone uses the term "freelance" or "freelancer" when it comes to what a freelancer can do. In fact, most freelancers call themselves freelancers. should be familiar with, and those related to freelancing,
